As the risk management department, the Risk Management & Compliance Committee oversees risk management activities.

1. The Board of Directors is responsible for establishing a risk management system, including the development and enforcement of risk management and compliance regulations to ensure a robust risk management framework.
2. The Risk Management & Compliance Committee, acting as the risk management department, oversees risk management functions. The committee's secretariat is located within the Administration Department, responsible for formulating, verifying, and reviewing rules. In terms of business risks affecting profitability, we have identified potential issues and implemented corresponding countermeasures.

Personal Information

The Group engages in online sales of motorcycle parts and accessories, necessitating the management of a significant volume of personal information.
